Your activity never leaves your computer. Ledger samples which application is in front and how long it has been since you touched the keyboard, every five seconds, and writes that to a SQLite file in your own user library. There is no account, no sync, and no server that holds it.
Never keystrokes, never screenshots, never the contents of any document, message or page. Samples older than 90 days delete themselves.
Three things, and only these:
The signup form on the website stores one thing: the address you typed, and the date you typed it. No name, no company, no tracking pixel, and it is never linked to anything the app records — the app has no account and doesn't know your email exists. It is used to tell you when Ledger ships, and then deleted. Reply to any message, or write to the address below, and it goes immediately.
Export everything as SQLite and JSON, or delete all of it, from Settings — on the free plan as well as the paid one, with no email gate and no retention period. Cancelling a subscription does not touch your history: it is on your machine, and it stays there.
